Recorded on location in the Illinois memorial at the National Military Park in Vicksburg, Mississippi. A collection of musical impressions of the Civil War performed solo by PATRICK HAZELL on harmonica, drums, trumpets, recorders, jaw harp, and various percussion instruments. As one reviewer put it "...divinity, as well as the barbarity (of the war), are looped through the music. Each listen....brings out new sounds, new meanings."
